Shareholders AAC Capital Partners en ACP Capital Partners

In March 2007, AAC Capital Partners and ACP Capital Partners entered into an agreement under which they each acquired 50% of the shares in Sdu from the Dutch state. Sdu’s acquisition of Wolters Kluwer’s 25.9% minority interest in Sdu Uitgevers formed an integral part of the transaction. As a result, the two investors together acquired the full ownership of Sdu Uitgevers.

Sdu Holding decided to fully focus on further developing its publishing activities in the Netherlands
(Sdu Uitgevers) and Germany (juris). Within that framework,on 24 June 2008 Sdu Holding reached an agreement in connection with selling Sdu Identification to the French enterprise Sagem Sécurité, a subsidiary of the SAFRAN Group. Since it was sold, Sdu Identification has continued under the name of Sagem Identification.
