Ms. G*, your continued unacceptable conduct adversely impacts the operations of our hotel. On Monday January 11, 2016, [naam X] sent a letter to me explaining your rude behavior toward him and his son, enough reason for him and his family not to consider our hotel in future trips. We did not only lose a guest, this is proving that we cannot trust you, your behavior and lack of service.
The guest explained in his letter that the first incident occurred when he stopped in the kitchen and asked for assistance from you to cook Oatmeal for his son who was sick. You did refused to help him and also demanded to leave the kitchen in a rough and rude way. The second time occurred when his son was at the restaurant toasting bread, and the kid added cheese to the toast, you yelled at the boy and rudely told the kid, in front of everyone who was having breakfast at that time, that he could not do that. Not only is it outrageous that you mistreat a guest, but a kid that was roughly 11 years old. This is unacceptable and goes against any hotel and service norm, and we will not accept such behavior.
This is the fifth written incident against hotel's regulations and policies. You were given a final warning on October 23th, 2015, and you were told that any other serious incident would be considered cause for dismissal. Attached find the letter that [naam X] sent to the hotel, were he complained about your behavior.
As a result of these several violations of company procedures and your poor job performance, you have convincingly demonstrated to the company that you cannot be trusted as an employee. That you are not suited to work with or for guests; therefore the company has decided to terminate your employment with immediate effect.
